Apartments and Condos are really quite different cases. In Condos owner pays but needs permission to install. Apartments need incentives or mandates to put in EVSE for renters. How to motivate apartment owners?

I’m late to this discussion. I am from Canal Crossing at Whitneyville West in Hamden. We will be installing a dual level 2 EV charger for community use next month and are upgrading electrical in our garages to 220 volts so they can charge at the outlet in their garage.
Lauren Tagliatela
01:15:21
Our in garage meters we pay for on the ouse meter, but the renter pays a monthly fee. For the community EV chargers, they will pay right at the charger

Have you worked with any rental communities that provide Affordable or subsidized units? As EV technology becomes more prominent within society I feel it is important to make sure it is accessible to all members of the community.
