What is the avg cost of a charging station? Do any companies like Tesla or Eversource subsidize installs over the 30%?

Does the state have any plans to install low power outlets (1.9 kW) at commuter parking lots? My guess is that EV owners are also bus commuters

Are EV corridors competing with the other alternate fuel sources for corridor designation?

is it really true that all other alternate fuel vehicles are on track to displace ICE vehicles in the same numbers as EV's?

Hi Kathleen, the fuels do not compete for alt fuel designation.

tesla has j1772 adaptors , not chademo unless available to be purchased for over $500

Merritt Parkway in Southwestern CT is not designated yet.

The Route 7 corridor would be nominated to be EV Corridor Ready from Norwalk to New Milford and EV Corridor Pending from New Milford to the MA border.

What about interstate EV signs that indicate amenities (gas) at each exit? That should not cause sign clutter.

Costs for chargers vary quite a bit based on several factors and these resources will help you figure out how to best choose locations.

Will PURA issue a V2G tariff for Med-Heavy duty EVs in Q1 or Q2 of 2021?

EV chargers can be connected to renewable energy generators such as solar. It requires planning to ensure the amount of electricity needed is available and that zoning ordinances allow for such projects.
